The tasteful stylish modern décor is a lovely blend of dark wood and shades of beige, yellow and taupe, and there are fascinating artefacts from around the world to lend a welcoming appeal. The ground floor open plan living and dining area has high ceilings and exposed brick walls that add character and create a spacious airy feel, with the kitchen a generous size. There are large patio doors that open onto the swimming pool and pool terrace, where the owner has thoughtfully installed glass panels instead of railings to make the most of the panoramas. A covered dining area sits next to the barbecue, and the sun loungers are positioned around the pool area perfect for sunbathing!
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a big LCD TV set and a dining room with views of the sea and swimming pool. It also has a large kitchen area, fully equipped with all the modern electrical appliances, 2 bathrooms and a WC. On the same floor there are 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with queen beds and LCD TV sets. All rooms have access to large balconies with a relaxing sea or mountain. On the first floor, there are 3 more fully air-conditioned bedrooms with LCD TV sets as well as 2 bathrooms, with one of them featuring a Jacuzzi. On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area. On the second floor, there is a small gym with all the training equipment where you can keep up with your fitness plan.

The beach is a ten minute drive or thirty minute walk and there are plenty of tavernas and restaurants along the coastal road. Further inland is the traditional hamlet of Theologos with whitewashed houses, a few tavernas and a slow pace of life with a timeless atmosphere. The famous Valley of the Butterflies, an ancient forest that serves as the breeding ground for a unique species of butterflies is a 15 minute drive away. Also one of the three ancient Greek city ruins of Kamiros is around 20 minutes’ drive.

Firstly I’d like to say Ntina is an amazing host and goes above and beyond to make your stay as best possible.
I cannot fault the villa itself for what it is and location. My only criticisms might not be issues for other families so are more highlighting than complaints.
The WiFi is not fit for purpose especially for 12 people. Children like Netflix and (Hidden) nowdays regardless of where they are in the world. It was less than 1mbs. I struggled to connect to a zoom meeting I planned for work purposes in fact I gave up trying.
Theres a lack of tvs in bedrooms.
Half of the beds were uncomfortable. The master bedroom downstairs had springs digging in my back. It desperately needed a mattress topper or a better mattress.
Cooking facilities are hard work with such a small oven and hob. Also a lack of baking trays to oven cook. The kitchen is dated and fridge door and others have been bodged up and are a struggle to shut.
The pool is extremely cold and unheated.
The hot tub / whirlpool upstairs wasn’t working.
I truly believe with a little tlc this villa would be worth 6 stars. However in the current condition and comparative villas in its price range it isn’t quite upto the expected standard and I wouldn’t say was great value for money.
Half of us were so relieved when we got to our next destination just for a comfortable night’s sleep because the bed was so bad. That’s not good from a £ (Phone number hidden) plus short stay.
I have still given this villa 4 stars because its potential and the host. However I really wanted to give it a a 3 star.
I hope some of my concerns are taken on board because it truly is a stunning villa with quite honestly one of the most amazing views I’ve ever woken to. The panoramic view of the deep turquoise Aegean sea backed by Turkish mountains is impossible to describe. Breathtaking beauty one I will probably never forget.

Elevated position with lovely views – plenty of space – nice and private
Some of the plumbing could be fixed – no cold water on one of the showers – hot water scalding – could hurt someone.
Guard dog kept on a long line – nobody came to exercise the dog during the week we were there.

The house is incredible with a wonderful view. The host is very accessible and always there for any request. The cleaning is perfect and we recommend you this house without any doubt.

The house is perfect. Brilliant location and a lovely owner family who is very supportive and acts immediately once there is any issue. Only minor downside are the mattresses which are not that comfortable, everything else in the house perfect. Amazing views across the sea, beautiful sunsets and very quite. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already dreaming of returning next summer.
